Simone has vast experience mediating many different types of cases. In addition to sexual assault and harassment cases, she has experience with Title IX matters, employment disputes, litigation funding cases, class actions, insurance coverage issues, antitrust matters, bankruptcy-related cases, and fee disputes. Simone is recognized for her pragmatic and empathic approach in her mediations. She remains sensitive to the emotionally charged nature of these high-stakes disputes and seeks to resolve them in a judicious and expedient manner. She commits herself to thoroughly understanding all issues involved in order to ensure an equitable process and outcome.
